Developed by our friend and fan Paola, the clean-eating mama behind the Instagram feed @ohsothymely, these blender brownies are sure to please every chocolate lover in your life. Here’s the recipe:
3/4 Cup steamed butternut squash
1/4 Cup date molasses or maple syrup
1/4 Cup coconut oil
5 Medjool dates
1 Flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed soaked in 3 tbsp water)
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/3 Cup gluten free flour
1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chunks
¼ Cup cacao powder
1 serving Organic Protein
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
