Almond Butter & Strawberry Overnight Oats

Have you tried overnight oats yet? They are so simple to mix and they taste so amazing with a scoop of our organic nutritional blends. Plus, you make them the night before and your breakfast is ready to go the next day! Overnight oats are truly magical, but very few are as delicious as this recipe from Carmen Hu of @foodwithcarmen on Instagram. Carmen is the queen of overnight oats, and this Almond Butter and Strawberry Overnight Oats recipe proves it!

Here’s the recipe, enjoy!

1 Cup rolled oats
1 tsp. organic chia seeds
1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Scoop Organic Protein
1-2 Tbsp. organic coconut sugar
1 Tbsp. Strawberry preserves
1 Tbsp. Almond butter

Add all ingredients in a large mason jar and stir until well blended. We “natural citizens” also love to add Organic Digest to our overnight oats as it blends in seamlessly! Top the mixture with 1 cup of fresh sliced strawberries, drizzled almond butter and another tsp. of strawberry preserves. Screw the lid on the mason jar. Then, place the jar in the fridge overnight. Your oats will be ready just in time for breakfast!
